  • Email confirmation: We will send a verification email to the address you provide. You must click the confirmation link in that email to confirm that you have access to the email account associated with your request.
  • Order matching (for existing customers): If you provide an order number, we will match it against our records to confirm the association between your name, email address, and order history.
  • Additional verification (if needed): In some cases, we may ask you to confirm additional information — such as the last four digits of a payment method used, or the approximate date of a past order — to verify your identity before processing your request.
We Will Never Ask for Sensitive Information to Verify Identity
We will never ask you to provide your full payment card number, Social Security Number, government-issued ID number, or password in connection with verifying your identity for a privacy request. If you receive a communication purporting to be from us requesting this information, please do not respond and contact us at coopercustomreels@gmail.com immediately.
